Massachusetts woman airlifted to hospital following crash

5/10/2013

A woman was flown to a Boston hospital via medical flight air ambulance after she ran a stop sign and struck another car. The woman hit the passenger side of the other vehicle. Currently, officials say that the woman may have been going as much as 40 miles per hour. When officers arrived on the scene, they say the woman seemed disoriented, and she told them she may have blacked out, which prompted them to call for a medical flight air ambulance to ensure she had no internal injuries. She was released from the hospital the same day as the crash.

The other driver was taken to a hospital via basic life support ambulance. She was also released. Police are still investigating the accidente de tráfico. The results of the investigation will determine whether or not any charges will be brought against the woman who ran the stop sign as well as any other factors of the crash.

Determining the cause of a car accident is one of the most crucial elements in a crash case. It sets the precedent for other cases and their outcomes. For instance, in car accidents involving more than one driver, drivers may file personal injury lawsuits to obtain compensation for their medical bills as well as their pain and suffering.

People involved in car accidents who wish to file personal injury lawsuits might want to consider seeking the services of a personal injury lawyer. A personal injury lawyer may help people evaluate their claims as well as gather and present the evidence to back up those claims.
